 Sabina Anderson is a lifelong learner of music.  She graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2006 with a B.A. in Music, studying voice and trombone.  After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she spent time in Indonesia teaching music and drama at Mountainview International Christian School.  In May 2013, Sabina completed her Master of Arts in Ethnomusicology at The Ohio State University.  While at OSU, Sabina studied Conducting and participated in several ensembles including Collegiate Winds, Slavic Vocal Ensemble, Caribbean Steel Pan Ensemble, and West African Drumming ensemble.  She is currently an adjunct professor of music at Mount Vernon Nazarene University where she directs the Treble Singers Women’s Choir.  Sabina has been participating in church, school, and community theater productions since age four and she enjoys each opportunity she has to act in, direct, and music direct shows.  Sabina lives in Marion, Ohio with her husband, Chris, her daughter, Alana, and two cats.

 

Michele Bayko is passionate about all things theater. She is the founder and creative director of Orange Barrel Production Co., a non-profit educational theater organization founded in 2001. In her 18 years of directorial experience with OBPC, Michele has produced a wide variety of over 50 shows including: Christmas Carol, Importance of Being Earnest, It’s a Wonderful Life, Charlotte’s Web, and Anne of Green Gables - always providing a variety of classic, family-friendly shows for all ages. OBPC has offered hundreds of performances to thousands of patrons. Michele has personal performing credits with various community theater groups including The Dan Emmett Playhouse, MTVarts, Bruce Jacklin & Co., and Right Brain Productions. She has served Orange Barrel in all facets of bringing a show from paper to performance. Her experience includes costume/set/lighting design, advertising, marketing and musical composition, and stage adaptations. In April of 2018, OBPC showcased an original musical drama, “Ella, A Cinderella Story” with original music written by Michele. She lives in Marengo, Ohio with her husband John and dog Harvey. She has three grown children.
